She was prompt and had no problem moving quickly, sometimes helping us submit offers within hours of seeing a property. Last but not least - I really want to recognize her integrity. There were a few times where an unscrupulous person would have taken advantage of us and pocketed some extra cash. Mikayla went out of her way to ensure that we knew our rights and even encouraged us to save money whenever possible, regardless of how it could affect her fee. There was never any doubt in my mind that she had our best interests at heart and that is priceless.
